This was a project that I worked on at Hasbro for Walmart. This was a truly unique experience because I was brought into a conference call with the Walmart buyer, and I was able to work with the buyer to brainstorm this product concept during that conference call.
Immediately upon its release Monopoly for Millennials, was such a huge success for Hasbro and for Walmart, with over 1.1 Billion unpaid media impressions in its first 90 days, it was continuously selling out, during its fourth quarter release. No matter how many units Hasbro produced they were unable to catch up to demand until the first quarter of the next year.
